2. No Guarantee of Service or Availability

Submission of a freight partnership form or inquiry does not constitute a guarantee of service. KMF reserves the right to accept, reject, or discontinue any service request at its sole discretion.

3. Pricing, Quotes, and Payment

Any pricing, estimates, or rate discussions provided by KMF are non-binding unless confirmed in writing.
Final rates may vary based on freight details, access conditions, wait times, special handling requirements, or changes in scope.
Payment terms, invoicing, and accepted payment methods will be communicated separately prior to service commencement.
Late or unpaid balances may result in service suspension.

4. Shipper Responsibilities

Shippers and clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete freight information
Ensure freight is properly packaged, labeled, and compliant with all applicable laws
Disclose any special handling requirements in advance
Ensure safe and legal access to pickup and delivery locations

KMF is not responsible for delays, damages, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.

5. Prohibited Freight

KMF does not transport:

Hazardous materials unless expressly agreed to in writing
Illegal, stolen, or prohibited goods
Freight requiring specialized permits not disclosed in advance

KMF reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if prohibited freight is identified.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

KMF’s liability for loss or damage to freight is limited to the terms outlined in any applicable written agreement or bill of lading.
KMF shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or missed deadlines.
KMF is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, acts of God, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

7. Insurance

KMF maintains commercially reasonable insurance coverage in accordance with applicable laws. Proof of insurance may be provided upon request.

Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as providing insurance coverage beyond what is expressly stated in a written agreement.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:
